Congratulations to our very own Yoni, Robyn, and Shahar on the publication of their article "New Thought for Food" in the October issue of Food Technology Magazine.
Food Technology is the official publication of the Institute of Food Technologists, and a premier source of vital, credible information on food science and technology for food professionals worldwide. SIT was asked to contribute an article for a feature focus on Product Development, explaining the SIT methodology through its possible practice in the food industry.
The submitted article, named "New Thought for Food", presents the SIT method as an alternative to existing new product development techniques, complete with industry examples deriving from the application of the method itself.
