As part of its pro-bono activities, SIT has conducted a marketing project with Bekol - the Organization of Hard of Hearing and Deafened People in Israel.

The project was very enlightening for both parties. Bekol eagerly soaked up SIT methods to help them enhance their marketing segmentation, while SIT was introduced to the needs and challenges of the hard of hearing community. Working with Bekol has influenced SIT's facilitation proficiency, by ensuring that our materials are accessible to all of our participants, such as adding subtitles to videos to overcome hearing barriers. Bekol was very grateful for our efforts, and has already taken first steps to implement results from our joint project.
