Graduates of our "Innovation Management Program" held in Tel Aviv report significant progress in designing their organization's innovation plans. For the first time, SIT has offered an open program for managers of various organizations, which included a 3-day training accompanied by individual innovation-coaching. Each participant was assigned an SIT facilitator and together they have been working on implementing their newly acquired tools on a real organizational challenge, making sure that this program's results are translated into concrete actions.
