Oracle and HP Israel hosted SIT at their SmartUp event designed to encourage their start-up partners to cooperate more with one another, and learn about soft skills relevant to high technology startups, such as marketing, sales, finance and more.

Erez Tsalik, a senior SIT facilitator and manager of Asia and the Pacific region at SIT, reviewed his experience with high technology start-ups and gave participants the opportunity to experience innovative methods companies use in order to further develop their value propositions.

Ziv Omer, Sales Manager and Innovation Champion at Oracle Israel, praised SIT's work with Oracle's innovation team which proved instrumental in helping their sales team significantly increase their lead conversion rate and achieve a better control of their marketing budget.
