Customer Success management – student position

SIT is looking to add an impact-driven, “can-do” spirited, process-oriented student to our customer success management and projects teams – responsible for our key accounts, locally or globally based. We invite students to join us in the format of a student position or internship pending on their studies.

The position offers exposure to the client facing day-to-day work in the dynamic environment of a global innovation consultancy where you will work with our end-to-end customer success process – from business development, through sales, to the delivery of an innovation project.

We take great pride in our internship programs and have many team members who started out as interns. As such, we invest substantial resources to mentor you one-on-one and provide you with hands-on experience in a global innovation consulting environment, where you work alongside experts in the field. Most interns get to collaborate on more than one project, as well as gain basic knowledge and knowhow in our innovation methodology.

What will you do?

Being a member of our client facing teams is an engaging, project-based routine, where you will:

  • Collaborate with team members to support broad business processes and project-based tasks.
  • Assist the team to collect, process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Participate in client-based activities.
  • Create new content, designed for internal and external use.

An ideal candidate is

  • A self-starter, “can-do” team player who is also comfortable working on their own.
  • Well-organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in using research and analytics tools.
  • Personally and professionally interested in innovation and the consulting world.
  • Prior experience as a facilitator or trainer is a plus.

Our work requires full professional proficiency in English (Native or Bilingual).
