Idit is VP Marketing and VP Strategic Partnerships at SIT.  She has been strongly involved in the development and management of SIT since its inception and in the training of a new generation of facilitators able to cope with the global complexity and demands of SIT clients. She was previously Managing Director of SIT Israel, responsible for developing sectors (food sector, SIT Ventures, conflict resolution, and marketing research). A facilitator and trainer in all aspects of SIT's portfolio, she also teaches at Bar-Ilan University School of Communication, guest lectures regularly at various Business Schools and Universities, and has been keynote speaker at innovation conferences and seminars.

Idit has personally conducted projects in dozens of companies including Bayer, Coca Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, and Nestlé, as well as in leading global advertising agencies (McCann-Erickson, BBDO, and others).

Let's face it, if you have managed to get this far down the list without skipping too many bios – and weren't just singling me out – you deserve praise for perseverance.  It's really not that interesting to read the short bios of people you have never met. On the other hand, it's not so easy to summarize yourself for others in a couple of lines and say something worth reading. But, here goes:

A reluctant writer on the subject of herself, who nevertheless provided these incidental details: B.A. in Natural Science, involved in animals assisted therapy, companion to 2 dogs (and also 2 kids). Unlike SIT colleagues, not a dancer, but exceptionally gifted at matching cakes with people.

Financial Account Manager of SIT. Studied Economics and Management (B.A. at Tel Aviv Academic College). Has managed investment portfolios for hi-tech, industrial companies, and major accounting offices in Israel. Qualified Investment Broker  (Israel Shares and Investment Authority). Journalist with experience in local press and TV networks. And try to beat this: Companion to two cats and one white mouse - who all get on great.
